Does anyone know were you can get them and install them yourself.

I bought mine 11/18, does that mean I should have been offered this?

Yep. You should be able to go back to your dealer and have them complete the right paperwork. My understanding is that they get a rebate from Hummer. It should cost you $499 after the rebate.

I would think so, the promo runs until Jan 3rd 06. Call your sales guy up. I think the deal was the Lux model on the H2, not sure if its the same on the H3. I remember seeing a dealer here in California that was putting them on all units as an incentive.
