Are you paying to be in this country club?
If so I'd take the tape to the manager and demand at least a free year's membership as well as the employee being fired. If he's stupid about it show the tape to other members. If the manager won't do anything about it the other members deserve to know what he's letting his employees get away with. I know I wouldn't want to be part of a club that lets employees spit on my car. Next I'd file a report with the police. I don't imagine this is enough to file charges for but if your truck ever got vandelized that report would be a paper trail leading back to the prime suspect. If the employee got fired I would absolutely file a report to cover my a'ss. |

If you really want to return the favour - leave 3 or 4 green ones on his BMW. Getting some kid fired, calling the police, assualting some kid etc is way over the top for a couple of greens ones don't you think? -C |

Sorry, but discharging bodily fluids can be held to be using a weapon if directed at someone else. Actually, people have been convicted on felony counts for it.
If the mucus was green then it could be held that he was trying to infect the owner of the vehicle with some type of virus, be it the flu, HIV, or whatever. It shows his true intent since there were 3 shots. Club him, I say. |

He's not some 5 year old who did a no-no He's a person of employable age who is effectively breaking the law. You have ONLY 2 choices. 1. forget about it OR 2. report it there is no #3 you can't beat him up... you can't hog on his car(then you are the same as him)... you can't do damage because then your the law breaker... I do like the free years membership and the detailing of your H-3 and anything you can get for free... Remember we are all responable for our actions RYD |
