WA is sue happy also. It is amazing how much a 1 million dollar waiver is. About $15 - $20 more a month. This just doesn't cover you in your auto but like if you hit someone at a golf course with your sliced shot.

The entire USA is sue happy thanks to our old English Tort laws.
As for "no fault," you can still sue someone in a no fault state, and your rates are actually higher.
I agree with H3 Hummer, a million dollar umbrella policy is great insurance; especially if you carry a handgun.
