True, but if you could give them the chair (or better yet...hang them) without the ability to have an appeal...that would be cheaper.

She would be tried as an adult automatically in PA if she is charged with conspiracy.

It will be hard to claim self defense in a double homicide and the fact that he brought the gun to the house from his own.

It will be interesting to see what happens.

I say they tell him he will be put to death the same way he killed those people, a gunshot to the head, and then every morning go to his cell, and put a gun to his head and watch him have a mental breakdown. Do this every day for a month until he either can't breakdown anymore, or until he gets used to it, then pull the trigger for real. Then I say we kick Al Gore in the nuts. Then we nuke Iran. Then we start taking all of the illegal aliens we catch in this country, and instead of throwing them accross the border so they can just come back again, we throw them across the border, of Antartica. I'm sorry.
Just venting some frustrations here.

On average its around 45K a year to house an inmate. That kid is only 18, he's gonna be around for a long long time yet. I'm with shag: take him out to a tall tree with a short peice of rope.

After a couple of days of jones'n for reefer, some one gets murdered, Shaggy is all for the death penalty!

When he is stoned, you could kill HIM and he wouldn't care!!
