That ebay listing says you must have a disc or aux button for it to work... we have a disc button... does this mean if we hook this up then the cd player will be disabled and this will be in place of it?

Ely, which one did you order. I really need to get my IPOD connected as well. I can't wait any longer.

I have the monsoon system asnd I believe that will work for that as well, correct?

I haven't ordered one yet because I am confused on which one to get... can someone post a link of one that they ALREADY installed on the 6 disc monsoon system that worked... thanks

When I get around to it I will be ordering the Soundgate SDSGM2 since they said that it will work with my stereo. I have the 6-disc Monsoon system with XM.

I'm getting an aftermarket mp3 player (Dension DMP3) professionally installed tomorrow. It's not an iPod but it's the same concept. I'll let you guys know what aux adapter the installer used and I'll try to post a pic of my setup.
