I don?t know what the post said but I don?t agree with them deleting your post just because they don?t like what you were saying although it?s probably best that all those new FJ owners are free to enjoy their vehicles and spared the hatred and hostility that has built up as a result of the Hummer being the whipping post of the off-road community for the last three years.
The FJ has 50+ years of Toyota off-road heritage to rely on and it falls into the already well established Land Cruiser community so they won?t have to deal with all the shiat that all you guys have to deal with, and even though the FJ is the NKOTB the Hummer will continue to be the target of hostility from the off-road community and even worse the enviro-nazi?s. :mad:

If you draw that comparison, the H2 and H3 have a combined 212 years of off-road heritage to rely on.

You idiot, the H2s and H3s got bashed by ignorant e-wheelers like you because they supposedly weren't "real Hummers" because they supposedly didn't share their heritage with the "real Hummer."

The H1 has never been the target of hostility from the off-road community, but F>ck Jobs and Land Bruisers have in their years past and different times. Just exactly how much sh!t do you plan to shovel here? Please advises us so we can decide whether we can wear rubber boots or waders to make it through your load of sh!t.

well, reading how bad my H2 is offroad, via the magical vehicle of people that can't write very well and have probably often never even sat in one, has been one of my primary sources of entertainment since buying it.

But i agree with the live and let live philosophy. At the same time, i'd be a liiiiiar if i said i didn't chuckle with a certain amount of kindergarten glee at that DennisAJC/AlecW/et al video. To some extent the higher ground is virtuous, and to some extent fair is fair, and i really dig what those guys & the guys at ******* and the rest of you guys do with your trucks.

the "real hummer" H1 thing that seems to run rampant on another forum i found once isn't good, and may well have contributed to the demise of the H1.

It sure hasn't made me MORE INTERESTED in buying one. Like the jeep-spazzers, it leaves me with the feeling of "man, i don't want to be one of "those guys"

i just wish H3 drivers would wave at me. lol

I like the roofline logo but the only good thing on that site is the Gobi rack all the rest is bling and from what I have read on that board they are more into real offroad mods than bling.

I love the ball-peen hammer on the ground there, suggesting somehow the thing doesn't quite fit right and had to be beat into submission... I still am not sure why you should have to add these things onto a vehicle--they should be standard if they're needed for what the vehicle is advertised to do. I haven't seen any H3's with the Tinman jaw on the front.

I like the nice clean bead welds, and those silvery things look very heavy duty. Also that hitch should easy accomodate a trailer of any substansial weight without ripping out...

Or maybe that's the place for you to put your member and get pleasure from your loved one.
