When you setup the OnStar they didn't ask you about signing up for it? It is supposed to come every month on or about the date you signed up for it.

yea new, i signed up but cannot access the website to login and no confirm emails or nothing? I got some more minutes and it is working just no emails on the truck

I just checked, my last Onstar report came 5/22 - not that long ago. Been coming in around the 22nd of each month since I bought the truck, no missed months. Guess I'm just lucky?:cool:

After further research on the providers site, Bresnan, they do have a default spam filter, which the suckers never informed me about. On top of that they have the default set to automatically dump any thing "they" think is spam.
They have an option to change it to put "spam" into a folder for three days and then auto-delete.

I turned it off and resigned up for Onstar online and my report came today.

You were right after I turned off the filter for an experiment, I got about 50 spams, compared to the 10 or so that get through the filter.

Yeah, spam really sucks but glad I could help. Check and see if the filter allows you to use black lists and white lists. If it does, you could put OnStar on the white list and it will always get past the filter.
