Not sure who Petey is an AE for but this really is wrong on many levels. There are a lot of parents on this site who DO NOT wish to be a part of this disagreement between you annd whomever. Please take this stuff elsewhere. I am just asking please and because I have a young son and cannot stand reading things such as this.

Is this the story? I couldn't find any others, which suprised me a bit; you'd think drowning would be more common, or is this famous for some reason?
