My Rolex doesn't have a battery, and yet I still drive a 3... But I wear a Citizen everyday.

I own a 3 and as far as time pieces go I like to find an open field, layout sticks in a half circle, find a tirangular rock, let nature tell time and get in touch with my inner HIPPY.

of course you could go with a look like this:

Actually, dumbass, did you know that the "my friend" type of comment is a dead giveaway to lying?

Well, here's one idea. As you see in the first photo, Flav is sporting one of his dress watches. While a very attractive and accurate timepiece, it is much too fragile to wear while off-roading. In fact, Flav almost died shortly after this photo was taken. As his limo bobbed through some of NYC's best potholes, he was nearly beaten to death as the mammoth clock repeatedly pummelled his torso. He cried out, and his driver, pictured in the photo, slammed on the brakes, saving the Flav by the skin of his gold teeth. In the end, he only suffered minor blunt trauma to his chest and abdomen.

In the second photo, Flav is wearing one of his G-Shock type watches.

This one is much better suited for casual and off-road use. I think it may be right up your alley. While still attractive, this model is wrapped in thick, shock-absorbing rubber which will protect your vital organs and gold teethses from injury should it fly about and strike you. And remember, on this forum, you'll mostly find that too much bling is out. So leave your gold chainses and ringses in your crib homey, and be safe while wheelin in da 'hood. :D

I'd rather have this hung around my neck :clapping:

Very durable off-road and makes a real statement in ball rooms.

I can always glue a cheap Casio onto the stock for time keeping purposes

EXACTLY!!!! The cheapest nice watch I own is a Baume & Mercier I think I paid $1200 for and you definately won't see it out in the mud. About 5 years ago, I purchased a Timex Outdoor watch while in Northern CA for $35. I use it for backpacking, camping and offroading.:dancingbanana:

Just curious, with say 40k spent on watches why didnt you buy the H2 or a new Alpha??? Obviously you have more than enough cash.

I could buy 3 Alphas if I chose to do so, but purchased the H3 as a toy. I originally thought the H3 was for H2 owner wannabees until a friend of mine that has a sweet H2 bought a H3 and loved it. His H2 sits in the garage 28 out of every 30 days. For some of us, the H3 was not a cheaper way to own a Hummer, but a preference.:dancingbanana:

wordstew - You interested in trading the Panerai for a Paul Picot 18K/SS diver watch with a shark skin band? I'm assuming yours is the Marina 40mm.:dancingbanana:
