We have downstairs AC and the cable is not weird anymore. :beerchug:

The compressor blew on the upstairs unit. They are replacing it, but really wtf it's brand new.

Thanks for the entertainment, I checked in a few times today and almost got to post but the cable kept going and I kept getting mad.:o
