I have been working in the deserts of Kazakstahn for the last few months surviving on vodka alone - at least my urine would be 100% proof.:D

I was in the Pisgah National Forest, but we did transport to other mountain ranges from time to time. I think I climbed Mt. Mitchell, it sure sounds familiar but I've been out of there for 6.5 years and I cant keep it straight anymore.

I did the 14K's out west. White Mountain peak in cali, and another in Co when I was about 12 cant remember the name of that one either.

You probably did because that's where Mt Mitchell is.

CP's mom lives due south of there and her stepfather hikes every morning... rain, shine, snow, it doesn't matter. I think he's nuts.

The rain there is freakin crazy. I remember getting wet my second or third day there, between the rest of the rain and the temperature/humidity I was not dry for the rest of my stay in NC.
