I missed most everyone...it was a most severe punishment for no reason...
plus having the flu it eliminated one of my forms of entertainment since i couldn't go out much...didn't want to spread the bug... mostly i missed the women on the forum... |

and i just read about the oysters...I like em but not while drinking....had a bad time with raw oyster and alcohol...you should read up on it...
take some raw oysters and put one in a GLASS, not plastic or metal... pour over each one (one per glass) some vodka, with another some scotch, then whiskey, etc etc... check them in 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours 48 hours and see how hard they get... now if you eat a bunch, drink a lot and don't take a dump for a day or 2 your in trouble... Coast Guard Day 1968 i ate at least 30 raw N.O. oysters and drank a heap of jack daniels straight up...wound up in the infirmiry right F***ing sick...will never do that again... i prefer MUD BUGS... now dem is dam good... we use to buy them a bushel bag at a time, giant pot of boiling water with about 10 bags of crab boil and two hands full of dried hot peppers EM EM GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!! |

So let me get this straight....
You purposely ate a bucket of oysters, downed a bottle of jack, and didn't $hit for 2 days. You can't seriously blame the oysters?! Bet you got bagged in the infirmiry! I do agree that mud bugs are awesome! Especially those 5 pound platters with spicy whole potatoes and corn on the cob! Pitchers of beer! Yum! :) |

Mud bugs are great. I like that thing you make with shrimp and other seafood, corn on the cob, potatoes, onions, crab boil, etc and just throw it all in together and boil. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmy!
