Hi montanah3

I'd love to get some vanity plates, it's just that here in Kalifornia, you have to pay, and pay, and pay, and pay, and pay, and pay, and pay, and pay every single year.

In NY Its $75.00 every 2 years.

HummerNewbie 11-22-2005 12:07 PM

It isn't that much but it does cost more to have a personalized tag in Florida and you do pay every year.

hummerdonthurtem 11-22-2005 03:50 PM

My preference would be:

MCHUMMR

HMRTIME

Sweet_H3 11-22-2005 05:21 PM

Ordered MYTOY H3 and SWEET H3
CA $40.each and $30 a year

Back in my younger days, I had a XJ Cherokee which I had to modify with a variation of components as there were no kits out there like today for them. Anyways, my personal tag for it was on a plate with mountains in the background and a beach in the foreground (Virginia back in the 90's) with GO NEWHR. At the time, I thought it fit the truck well.

Mine is SCREAMR. It made more sense than the other ideas I thought of -- MOANER (sounds like a complainer) and YELLER (all i could think of was the dog, old yeller).

And, I've gotten more than a couple of compliments -- and more than a few looks from people too.
