Are you talking about freezing shut? If so I would guess it would help as the snow and ice water should be dripping off the edge of the visors... If you mean just general ice freeze on the window, I dont think it will stop taht as the vent only takes care of the top few inches of the glass... |
Re: Window Vent Visors
Thanx was talking about the freezing shut due to snow and ice

Re: Window Vent Visors
Just a note, the thing I personally like best about the visors is they give you more of a stealth kinda hiding mode from the inside. Add some window tint and you are good to go... If you think the side windows are already small and claustrophobic enough then you will not like these!

Re: Window Vent Visors
I got mine (for another car) from Weathertech. They are the in channel ones. They worked great.
But the best thing about that company is the service. I bought a car that had them on it. 2 years later the 3m take failed and one fell off. I called them to order another one and the fedex'd me one for free. Recently got their molded floor mats for the wifes car. Wonderful quality stuff. http://www.weathertech.com/store/mvp...=812&Year=2005 |

wow that is great service... I have heard they are a good company... They do look to be a bit more rounded though than the AVS ones which are more squared off at the edges. I personally think the squared look goes better with the H2 body. I saw a set on a Hummer that were almost completely round, looked very weird, don't know who made them. They outer stickon ones also have taht round look to them... Update: I just looked on mine and the AVS ones are noticeable flatter, more form fitting on the window... aslo check in thefinestimag's pic in message #7 |

Gotta say that I do like the "lines" of the ones Marauder posted the link to, a little pricey but they do look good.
