How many investigations is Allstate Geiko, State Farm, etc. under for poorly handled insurance claims?

Oh, that's insurance... How about Honda factory warranties? Or Ford, GM, Toyota, etc?

I suppose you could say that ALL of the warranty providers are under "investigation" in one or more states.

Hell, I've filed claims against some of them. I guess everyone should just forget any warranty coverage on their vehicles.

Are you saying that warranties4wheels has 0 pending investigations anywhere?

ckhagman 08-10-2005 10:24 AM

another funny thing about thing nancy guy is that she got all of the information from a competitor. As a salesman I find that it is piss poor sale judgement to EVER bad mouth the competition but in w4w case I guess that is the only way they can get business.

Their idea of a good company is one that doesn't have any strong points but their competitor is doing so badly and has a horrible product.

And which dealers are the ones that are having making claims. I bet it is the ones that aren't real Hummer dealers. Besides do you know how exotic warranty pays their claims. I do not even think you know how their business works.

Plus did you make any claims yet?

nancy0320 08-10-2005 11:28 AM

You guys have way to much time on your hands! Ask Ben about his former employee Judy who is cooperating with the investigation. You fail to mention that he does use the Alabama address!
Addresses:

The Exotic Warranty Company
3809 Manatee Ave E.
Bradenton, FL 34208

Fidelity Worldwide Corporation
5853 Atlanta Hwy #386
Montgomery, AL 36117

These companies are one in the same. He is a self insured product with no financial backing to indemnify himslef fo r the long haul? What more do you need, to get screwed first and lose people their money? Everyone associated with this forum should know what a fool you are? Did you call? I posted all the information. You are no it all that knows nothing!Check the http://www.bbb.org as well. You have names, numbers and facts! Is Blue Hummer not paying you enough to answer all the questions. Your 6000 posts are nothing when you are paid to do it seems. You are uneducated on the subject. "Better to remain silent and thought a fool then speak out and remove all doubt". Heed that wisdom. EVERYONE DO YOUR OWN CHECKING AND DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE, DO YOUR OWN DUE DILLIGENCE! NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED! THE TRUTH IS THE TRUTH! GOOD LUCK.

You just stated you posted all of the information but have posted nothing but empty BS. Nothing to back up your claims.

By the way, Minerva said I was going to meet a new friend today.

I wanted the facts. That is not bad mouthing anyone if it is the truth, and it was. I have 2 claims and no problems. Thanks.

Never said I lost money, I was speaking for the others that have. RIF please. Hope your friend that you are meeting can talk some common sense into you. This is a waste of time dealing with your foolishness. To joke when people have been screwed out of tens of thousands of dollars shows you do not care for others and you are an idiot.

You say we have way to much time on our hands but then you say we should call ourselves. So which is it. If I had enough time on my hands then I would call but I haven't called so that means that I do not have too much time on my hands.

Nancy wrote: "I wanted the facts. That is not bad mouthing anyone if it is the truth, and it was. I have 2 claims and no problems. Thanks."

Wanting facts and telling us information which you got from a competing company is not the same thing.

BTW you said you knew some people that have not had claims paid, who are they.

Also don't bad mouth Dave. He is an asset to the Hummer Community and without people like him Hummer Owner would have to rely on bad dealers to get work done. Thank goodness I live close to a REAL Hummer Dealer.

NOT AFFILIATED -- just curious since my Hummer is almost approaching 30K, and I'm looking for new extended warranty:

Finally, now don't go start confusing things with the facts.

ckhagman 08-10-2005 03:54 PM

Just in case anyone asks. I have never heard of the service contact and the name and first inial of her name is a complete coincidence.

I know that someone (the person that started this thread) might have an issue with the coincidence.

Nice first post ... I'm liking this site more and more every day. It will still be a while before I can get my first Hummer but the well established members here call it as they see it and don't back down. Kudos PARAGON!

Now, if Nancy had just consulted Minerva on Monday, Minerva could have told Nancy what the result would have been today.......but then...we would not have enjoyed this so much.

nancy0320 08-10-2005 05:39 PM

You find a warranty company screwing people over on claims and not returning money on cancelled contracts amusing? You are either sick or one stupid SOB.

nancy0320 08-10-2005 07:43 PM

Once again you cannot read. Claims are and were not paid on covered issues and refunds were not sent out to folks after the offically cancelled their agreements 2 completely seperate isuues. Check Florida law, that is illegal to not return funds and not follow the language of the agreement. Ever heard of a fraudulent scheme to defraud the public? We will se who laughs last. This is just a big joke to some of you, that is fine. When you get screwed over, bend over and smile about it smart guys!
