"Harsh desert terrain"??? Where? It looks like 130 miles of gravel roads. Somebody sure is sheltered. Would love to see you make pee pee in your pants in Moab or the Rubicon.

CO Hummer 02-14-2006 02:50 PM

Wow. Did somebody press my woodshed button?

Rocks,
Good to see ya on the trails! I think you need to come to Moab sooner than you are planning to arrive. I know someone who will be disappointed...

HummBebe 02-14-2006 04:38 PM

This thread needs to be put back.......

HummBebe 02-14-2006 04:43 PM

It was not difficult at all, but is was beautiful, and I enjoyed the scenery and the people a great deal.

Like that.

Nobody was implying the off-road driving was tough. It was common knowledge it's an easy trail and nobody ever said otherwise. The comment was refering to the surrounding elements.

Tell ya what, I'll drop ya off out there in the middle with a jug of water and a map (God I'd give my first born to do that). You come back and tell me how easy it was.

Can one of you ****tard mods tell me why this thread was moved? Did elcova members make a trip without your blessing and your throwing a fit? Childish! get a life for christs sake!

Must have set off the gheyness alert. Bondage's threads seem to do that a lot.

Stradling the ditch at the bottom is where I destroyed my rims.

Wow Racer!!! Now that you accomplished that, Golden Spike will be NO PROBLEM for ya!

BTW - You nimrod, I told you earlier those ghey rims were going to get whacked in any sort on non-mall-curb terrain.

Racer-X 02-14-2006 07:58 PM

Nope CO, Not biting, this fight stays public.

CO Hummer 02-14-2006 08:04 PM

OK, big fighter! LMAO.

CO Hummer 02-14-2006 08:05 PM

Hey Racer,
You might think about a new ride. One of these will us help direct you to the ladie's tees when you come to Moab.

He followed his own outgoing KY trail.

H2Finally 02-15-2006 03:53 AM

Terrain in SoCal/Nevada is often deceptive with the loose sand with many small sharp rocks. When my MTRs were new, I went up one such deceptively simple hill, and chewed-up the MTRs pretty good. The H2 following me bent a tie-rod at the top. Going down would be a controlled slide, as it's not possible to stop on the loose sand.

Oh yes, why the hell is this thread in woodshed?

Alec, I'm not here to argue. Done with that. As I said somewhere else, the hill is easy however it is steeper than it looks. As H2F said - a controlled slide to the bottom and not just me, every truck did the same even with tires aired down to 25 PSI.

25psi??? That's not aired down - 15-18 is aired down. You definitely must come to Moab.
