Re: Another Employee Issue
Damn it Mooncricket, spell out the words. There are too many ****** unknowns.
Even though what he did was less than compassionate, because he obviously isn't a dog person.... it's what was best for the employee. He doesn't look too bad, he gets to keep his job and he gets over his loss quicker. There is no point in mourning, it's a waste. His dog will still be gone the next day and he will still be sad, work keeps his mind off it. |

Maybe no point of mourning for you. But just remember. We dont all get sad over the same things. We dont all get happy over the same things. Death (as someone else said) is very hard for some people to get over, no matter what is dead if it was close to your heart. James has a job to lead his company. He should do that. Not ****ing use someone elses misfortune as a way of entertaining his e-friends. |

Re: Another Employee Issue
Pu$$y. You should have fired him the moment he said that. Atleast he'd have had lots of friends and family to take care of him.

It's his company... that's what you get to do when you're the boss. One of the few perks of having employees. |

Re: Another Employee Issue
My pets are under strict orders to only die when it is my day off. He could have at least put the dog in the freezer until the weekend.

Re: Another Employee Issue
Wow, I actually read the post through its entirity, and apparently this story went south....fast. Funny nonetheless. I do understand that one might need time off like someone posted earlier, when a pet dies to explain to the children and be there for them, however James said the guy had no kids. Maybe I can call into work and tell my commander my goldfish died and I need to be on convalesant leave.....:excited:

Still working on that, luckily my dogs are both healthy. :excited: I too would be upset if one of my boys died and I would probably take a sick day. It's kinda hard to do though if it's only your second day at work. I guess I'd weigh my options. Here's Trooper; he loves our H3 and wheelin' |
Re: Another Employee Issue
