• • San Diego On March 6, 2000, a man pleaded guilty in the Southern District of California to mail and wire fraud in connection with his conduct of a fraudulent scheme involving Internet sales of Beanie Babies? that he never delivered.

I did get a tracking number yesterday and do see a 50lb package inbound to me coming out of vegas.

Not sure if its full of bricks or what i origionally ordered yet ;) Delivery date is scheduled for friday.

Saw an interesting peice on internet fraud and the penalties for commiting it this weekend......pretty severe no matter how small the offense.

BND, you have 3 days (06/12/08) to make this right. I have all of your information now and so do the authorities..........do the right thing here, or expect swift legal action.

I still don't get it. I ordered some stuff months ago and in about a week after we agreed on the price I got everything, even before he got my money (I live in Belgium, and I sent cash through mail).
I got everything (pedals, chrome blinker light covers, chrome center console piece) in perfect condition.

That's funny, I ordered the chrome center console piece from him as well, and unless he had 2 of them, that may be the reason I never recieved anything.

I paid 350 for his navigation system that was sapposed to be delivered he told me he was gonna send a tracking number which didnt happen he also asked me if I removed the dispute from paypal :notallthere: why the hell would I do that? And now im hesitant to buy another navigation system because with my luck this guy will send it as soon as I buy one
