Thurs: 8 Hours from LA -- 6 DVD movies prepared.

Thurs night: Hilltop Motel at Georgetown --the only rooms with PRIVATE BATHROOM.

Fri night: Camping on the Con -- hoping bears would start with a Shaggy appetizer.

Sat night: Lakeshore Lodge in South Lake Tahoe -- you'd think the lake's so big, it'd be easy to find lakefront lodging? NOPE. One of the few.

Sun: Jelly Belly factory tour! :D

Sun night: Fisherman's Warf hotel prob.

Mon: Back to LA -- DVD rerurns.

I just spoke with Oldhiker on the phone. :( He thinks his front differential is blown. He's really bummed out. He definitely needs to be in Arizona this weekend, he's just not sure weather or not the truck will be fixed in time to get back to California to meet us. He said if it is, he's still in!

He also stated the KenP had jinxed him by saying he'd be the first one to run Paragon, Moab, and the Rubicon;) :D :D

Hopefully he can get it all straightened out in time for the trail.

Bummer Old Hiker. :crying: They can usally get them done in a couple of hours if they have the parts.

He said he's not sure when it broke. He thinks it happened a few days ago on Fin's N' Things, but since then has toured Canyonlands and such. He just noticed the oil spots have followed him around the parking lot at the hotel. He's got rubberduck ucp and I guess it doesn't just pop off like the stock skid plate. He's checking on his options now, and said he would keep in touch.
