There was lots of decision making on which of two messed up routes to take. This one was the lesser of two evils.

Same spot that H2F is in only from the back.

Edit* same obstacle as the last picture I posted of H2F.

The Rubicon doesn't play favorites either. The Crapterra got intimate with some of the rocks. When in doubt, ask for a spot or get:OWNED:

There was LOTS of tire folding on this trail. Here's Oldhiker's tire on one of the 975 obstacles on Old Sluice.

I went with the easy to set up little tent after getting done with Old Sluice and making it to the Rubicon bridge camp spot.

After the Hell Run down the Old Sluice, seeing this bridge at 12:30am was a VERY welcome sight.

Breaking camp Sunday morning was much more efficient now that people realized how important daylight running time was.

Not to be nit picky or anything, but it was the Big Sluice that was the hell run. :) Old Sluice was between Little Sluice and Buck Island dam... ;) Big Sluice was after the pass and before the Bridge over the rubicon river... :twak::D
