Either way, I think he is handling this like a first grader. As far as not being able to afford a lawyer, Im calling BS on that. There are several firms the advertise on the radio the specialize in lemon laws and offer a no down payments and no payments unless a case is settled. It really makes you just look like an idiot now matter how old, educated, whatever. You guys are right older should mean wiser, which means you should be smarter about the way you handle things. Sorry to inform you but Canada does not allow lawsuits on commission--before you sue you must give lawyer money upfront---prevents frivolous lawsuits
