I think he is talking about the concept SUT I posted. If so that lightbar is a non-production lightbar. Or he could be talking about the lightbar that is on the blue limited one for 06.

The light bar is what looks like the front roof rail. There's three, the most forward has 4 lights in it.

I snapped this today with my cell phone, lame quality but shows the light bar on the SE
