Out of all colors you can get for a vehicle. Yellow is the safest. Not that a huge hummer has a problem with people getting killed , normally its the other way around.
But just thought I would share the technical info on what color does what. Now for a black hummer , black is the shiniest color you can buy but it also needs to be cleaned and shows dirt and scratches easier. But gloss wise it will blow away yellow. Yellow you can barely see reflection or gloss , same goes with any light color. |
Also forgot to add and im sure everyone knows this , but just to bring it to attention.
Black is the hottest color , it radiates heat the most out of all colors. Yellow will be cooler. So in hot areas , black will make things hotter. Good for people in cold areas. Yellow will be semi decent , not too hot to where you can actually have your arm sitting on paint. where as black in a hot area your arm will burn. |

Black "absorbs" light/heat, which makes it the hottest color. Once heated the material it covers radiates the heat regardless of the color. Lighter colors reflect light/heat and therefore do not absorb the heat and the underlying material does not heat up. |
