Not much of an odor, unless smoked, and then it is a very sweet smelling pungent odor. Taste is very bitter due to the alkaloids.

Wait, I totally forgot about Patchouli. When I was slighty hippy, (I still shaved and bathed and stuff so stfu.....) I used to wear it sometimes. It's a perfume oil. It kinda smells like sh1t, oil and flowers now that I think of it. Maybe that's it.

Yeah, my reformed hippie ski instructor friend said it could be that too. If it is, I think I'm allergic to it. I woke up this morning and felt awful. Then I left for the day, and about an hour later, things were much better. Now that I'm back, and my Oreck air filter is running at top speed, I still feel yucky again, and the smell is refusing to be ionized.

I'm going to check out some other places tomorrow, so hopefully I can get out of here! One even has a hot tub, and it's not in hippie Breck, it's slightly more respectable Eagle-Vail.

You know, I was imagining today what to get these chicks for their birthday. I think a machete might be helpful in cutting their bushes... And now I finally realize why ski instructors shave their pubes: crabs really don't like it when there's nothing to hold on to. :D

I think I figured out where the smell came from. SO FAR, these roomies haven't done anything but drink and sleep, and they're gone since yesterday, and won't be back until next week sometime. So it's nice because it's like having the place to myself. Though I would redecorate if that were the case.

Anyway, the last two days, I've been walking up the stairs and smelling what I am sure is pot. So I was like, "Oh great, it begins!" I walk into this apartment, and there's nothing going on. Today, well just a few minutes ago, I got back, and the hallway was horrible smelling. I knew it wasn't this apartment, so I sniffed around the door to the one across the hall---ACK! It was a wretched scent. So the smell might drift in here, and it's probably leaving it's scent, although highly diffuse. But at least I know that my hippie lezbo chick roomates are probably clean.

Nobody with a meth lab wouldn't shoot you for coming near the house.

Pot? These days has become so potent it all smells a bit like a skunk. I don't smoke (well maybe once a year or so) but my brother does and it all has that smell.

Try to relax - if it's pot is it really that big a deal? If you don't want to be near it then move - but don't panic. They won't get the munchies and eat you. :p Though they may ask for a ride to get fast food.

Hahaha, I just saw one of these chicks outside smoking a cigarette (which is a complete turn off for me), and she really left something to be desired... She looked like she was 16 and had gapped teeth, and a trucker hat. So yeah.

Also, there's this funny wet spot behind my car. Doesn't look like anyone pissed on my bumper or anything

Make sure the smell isn't getting into your cloths. A friend of mines roommates smoke pot all the time so he keeps the door to his room shut. About two weeks ago he went to meet a client and she asked if he had just smoked some pot. He about sh!t when she asked him. The cloths he was wearing were clean and had just come off hangers in his closet. Apparently the smoke or at least the smell was coming through the vent in the closet :eek: :mad:

No kidding, that's awful. A friend of mine was in a car with this guy that farted really bad. When she got out like 10 minutes later and stood next to some people they accused her- it was awful.:eek: :mad:

Yeah, I worry about that. I'm probably going to get some Febreeze and spray my clothes everyday if I notice a scent. Which I hope I don't. At least my one friend has a good sense of smell, so I can probably find out from her if there's a funny scent. She always tells me my feet stink, even when I can't smell them...:D

You are this against people that "might" smoke a little pot and you didn't ask them before moving in if it was a drug free environment...?

And you live in Breck....they are young, and kinda "hippie"........they prob smoke some pot.

I am around people ALL OF THE TIME that I would NEVER suspect smoke the ganja that light it up around me while out partying, camping, catching a rockies game, golfing....etc.etc.etc..........I dont think it's reserved for the ultra lazy trailor trash croud anymore. I see sooooooooooo many of you rich ****s smoking dope and popping pills it's not even funny. So to read this post makes me laugh my ass off......

And come on now.......if the guy smelt like pot, then he was smoking pot or very close to someone who smoked it...........it doesnt just "soak" into your clothes4long sustained amount of time............. The actual "smoke" smell does not stay around after people have smoke and it has cleared out. Ciggarettes will make a place "dainty" and nasty but the weed smoke really does not do that..............and do they stay up late at night? Do they walk around aggitated and nervous? Do they look skinny and strung out? It's pretty easy to spot a meth head when you are around one for awhile. My guess is you are paranoid and should just let your stinky roomates stink...

Aubs, is this serious or is this a joke? I really cant figure it out....... I have a couple friends in Breck that could pry help you out if you need it...
