According to paypal you processed the refund 2 days ago but from what I understand you don't have any $ in the account so it just sits as pending until you put the $ in.
You can argue and fight and name call all you want but the truth is I paid you 5 weeks ago and don't have the Jack or the Cash! If your short on funds or don't have it just say so but to keep BSing me is wrong.

No, fatty was selling a 1984 Pinifarina Azzura Spyder(back in '06) and a driveshaft for a Mustang(Feb of this year).

Seems deadbeat is right on target. Why deny it? Did it occur to you, that when you had managed to get your fat ass over to fed ex, as you claim you did, that you could've sent the package and asked NJ H2 for the balance? Probably not since you're a natural bs artist, it probably didn't occur to you that the person you were selling your jack to might actually have some integrity. You can try to slander the members of this Hummer forum all you want, but as you may have noticed by now, we stick together. You've had every opportunity to save your bad rep here, but chose to defend your incompetence instead. This EXACT same thing happened on another car forum about a year ago.
To make a long story short, the guy wouldnt return the money and basically they found out ALL this guys info and published on the web. From photos of the thief himself, to home address, arial shots of the house, his reputation at school, etc.. It can be done very easily.

Holy sh1t! Is that a miniature H2? She makes that thing look like a Mini Cooper. It's obvious that Kaz is a deceptive deadbeat sh1tbag, but you guys might be careful about aggravating her. If you zoom in and brighten that photo, you can see her right-side torsion bar buckling as she leans on the vehicle. Notice how the sidewalk is sagging where she’s standing? How could you take down something that big? A .460 Weatherby Magnum will take down even the most ferocious cape buffalo, but would likely do little more than make her scowl.
