Saw an interesting peice on internet fraud and the penalties for commiting it this weekend......pretty severe no matter how small the offense.

BND, you have 3 days (06/12/08) to make this right. I have all of your information now and so do the authorities..........do the right thing here, or expect swift legal action.

I'm settled up... was supposed to get k&n intake and chrome hood latches. Got a flowmaster exhaust shipped to me instead. Sounds good on my truck...

Wonder who got my box shipped to them...

I still don't get it. I ordered some stuff months ago and in about a week after we agreed on the price I got everything, even before he got my money (I live in Belgium, and I sent cash through mail).
I got everything (pedals, chrome blinker light covers, chrome center console piece) in perfect condition.

We also got the product we ordered from him within a couple of weeks. We paid via Paypal.

That's funny, I ordered the chrome center console piece from him as well, and unless he had 2 of them, that may be the reason I never recieved anything.

from what I have gathered from others, he sold more than a few items several times............only one buyer actually got the item though...... I am still waiting on my promised refund that was said to be mailed....oh........3 or 4 times already......... :notallthere:

I paid 350 for his navigation system that was sapposed to be delivered he told me he was gonna send a tracking number which didnt happen he also asked me if I removed the dispute from paypal :notallthere: why the hell would I do that? And now im hesitant to buy another navigation system because with my luck this guy will send it as soon as I buy one

I have a chrome center console that I can't use now cause I have an 08. I have some other stuff Im gonna sell that just havnt had the time to.

same here, I have seen a few rear tire carriers for sale..............but am hesitant to buy one now...............plus the fact that BND has my money that I would need to purchase another :rant:
