Is padding immoral?

If you see someone padding, should you discuss it with them?

What are the moral principles that govern padding?

Is it right to pad, when others lack for posts?

Should the government subsidize those that cannot pad on thier own?

Is pading really a state and not federal issue?

PADDING a post count is like putting on a wonder bra... it doesn't fool many for very long and results in people not taking you seriously in the end.

If you pad a post, and nobody reads the pad, does it make a sound?
