Easy install for both. Just follow the instructions. I did have to paint a couple of the bolts on both black.

Thanks for the steps, PhilD.

I'm getting a complex.

We have a set of VentVisors in the garage, but I haven't put them on yet.

Hoping to meet you at Paragon one day. Just don't molest the tailpipe when we're not looking.

Can anyone say "paranoid schizo"?

Dan 12-27-2005 04:22 PM

Cool guard! CP can strap all of her shopping bags to it.

Hey, what's that green stuff on the trees?

That's not funny.

Wax Myrtle's. I don't think you can kill those things.

KenP 12-27-2005 04:40 PM

BTW, the only problem with this guard/bumper combo is the guard rests on the bumper when the hood is opened. I just need to put a couple of ruuber pads under the guard where it touches.

I attempted to search for this information, without luck.
I thought you did a thread on the installation of your winch and bumper.
Also, what type of winch did you use and how do you like it.
I am looking at the warn setup but yours looks great.

Frank2005 12-27-2005 05:24 PM

Looks awesome Ken! Nice work!

Klaus 12-27-2005 05:42 PM

Looks great! CP sure knows how to pick out accessories for her truck!

Good job with the install, Ken. I know CP appreciates it!

Here.
first pic of DRTY's.
Dennis's bumper.

Seriously, I did one on the bumper and the flares but they were modded out and no longer exist I guess.

Tobar by Warn and it's fine. I haven't used it yet. I want to get the Ramsey remote control for it.

KenP 12-27-2005 06:02 PM

Remote

Northern Tool has them on the shelf. I didn't get one because it didn't look plug and play and I stink at wiring.

Thanks, and did you get chub winching?

Field Rat 12-27-2005 06:29 PM

Is there a URL for the Winch Bumper and Winch?

Ken, send me a ticket (for when it's not raining) and I'll wire it up for CP.

KenP 12-27-2005 06:54 PM

Thanks Alec. Seeing that pic makes it look a lot easier to install. Hummm, I wonder if Northern has that number in stock....

Tim, GFY.

Ken, you've really got a piss poor attitude about CP's hummer. I mean for Christ's sake, she puts up with your sorry ass doesn't she?
