and Magna-charger, upgraded trans, 456 gears with ARB lockers, air ride, 40" Toyo's on 22" rims. I see this one around town every so often. He's broken quite a few parts jumping dunes etc...

Nice looking rig...I like the all black!

KenP 01-12-2006 02:51 PM

For just a second I thought you went nuts.

Too much tire for a 6" lift. I bet he's tearing those wheel wells up.

dochummer 01-12-2006 03:30 PM

Hehehe... Yeah, If I would've done that to my rig...Drty would have messed his pants...

Looks like this disabled fella is pulling one over on ya....driving an H2 with 6in lift and 40's with no steps and hooked up with 2 stand up jet skis. Dont show that picture to the insurance company he settled with--he might get real mad.

dochummer 01-13-2006 05:39 AM

From what I hear, a freak accident when he was helping his dad out at work. There aren't too many H2's around here, so I've been asked a number of times if I know the guy. Apparently he was watching his dad trim trees when he was young, and a branch fell on him. Been set financially ever since....

Hopefully this guy is enjoying life even with being disabled.. Looks like at least he has the toys to enjoy it.

Now am I going to have to apologize for posting that?

Should I start a NEW "Apology" thread?

No apologies needed....he purchased the Hummer for practical reasons. It was the most capable vehicle for towing:

Well, it is a valid question. How does the gimpy dude get up in the H2 anyway?

TootsSUT 01-14-2006 06:03 AM

I think that's everywhere. We carry a large policy for the business because we know that odds are, some day someone will sue us for some baseless crap. Like we gave them a brain cramp or something.

Funny, sad and true all at the same time.

It's easier and cheaper to settle than fight and you can bet opposing counsel knows that.

How come there's not attorney hunting season?

The most obvious question to me isn't whether he can get in or out of his lifted H2 but WTF is he doing with 2 standups?

Standups are very difficult to ride as opposed to a sitdown. He can't be afflicted with anything that bad if he's riding jetskis.

couldn't agree more.

I actually got dismissed from having to serve on a jury trial by telling the judge that it was an injustice to me to be forced to deal with such incompetence.

Of course he thought I was being disrespectful to the court and fined me, contempt for the court or some BS but I didn't have to serve and have never been summoned since, 4 yrs. latter. A small price to pay to be let out of the system.

I know this goes against popular thinking, but I don't blame the attorneys, I blame the juries. If they didn't award people millions for spilling hot coffee and other stupid stuff, then the attorneys wouldn't be the vultures they have become. If the juries showed some common sense, then they would laugh most cases out of court.

It is the stupidity of the juries, we the people, that have created this problem, the attorneys are just the sharks feeding on our own stupidity. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

For instance, don't sue in VA Beach and try that crap. But go to Norfolk or Portsmouth, the next cities over, and you'll hit the lottery. You can check out "citydata" for the differences in the makeup of the cities.
