kelleymac2000 06-19-2003 10:55 PM

Sweet! What kind of boat is that?

Kelley

H2 Daddy 06-20-2003 02:15 AM

Thank you.
It's a 26 foot Formula SS with a fuel injected 454 and a Bravo 3 dual prop.

hummer33 06-20-2003 09:04 AM

very nice

Big Z 06-20-2003 12:47 PM

Nice Boat! It does make for a great LOOKING Tow Rig, I just wish It WAS One!

kdio 06-20-2003 01:04 PM

The H2's suspension is up to the task, but the engine is under powered. I supercharged my H2 and I don't even feel the boat behind me anymore.

03 H2 Sunset Orange Polished Magna Charger w headers & cold air intake, 37" MTRs w Weld Mountain Crushers, GPS Nav. & 2 rear LCD TVs w DVD, Extreme Tube steps

Big Z
I don't think I have ever seen that kind of boat around here (Lake and River Country).
Is it made for fishing in the ocean ?

Big Z 06-20-2003 01:15 PM

True, the suspension will handle Task. I just use the Diesel, or Silverado W/8.1 to do the work this one should.

Big Z 06-20-2003 01:27 PM

Shes a Very capable Boat. 21' Custom Weld JetBoat, Kodiac 5.7L 325Hp Vortec. According to the gps--She will do 60mph, run in 6" of water--on plane--and turn on a dime. Back to the ?? These boats are made for the White water up to class 5, but are worthy on All waters, including Big Blue! I mostly run rivers & Lakes, and will be out in the ocean for the fall Salmon season.

Same images. I am just experimenting with resolution, file and image sizes. I got a new a new Canon Power Shot S400. This one was taken at medium resolution, 2nd smallest file size (M2), and large image size.

Fun Stuff!

Big Z 06-20-2003 01:36 PM

Anyone else Off Road?!

Big Z 06-20-2003 01:39 PM

I'm still trying to fumble thru Photoshop. But it does, OK.

H2 Daddy 06-20-2003 01:42 PM

Wow, your boat does it all. The picture make your boat look like a samon jumping up stream. Do you ever bang-up the bottom ?

Big Z 06-20-2003 01:51 PM

I havn't beat it up to bad yet, but you know when you hit something! They are a Very Amazing and stout Boat. Although hitting anything to rough or big will put it on the bottom, (no flotation on 21'+ Boats!) to early.

wavecrave 06-20-2003 02:17 PM

here is what i tow my H2 with..

Big Z 06-20-2003 02:31 PM

There IS another out there!!

Big Z 06-20-2003 02:32 PM

Off Road,--Thats Just A Start!

kelleymac2000 06-20-2003 03:50 PM

Wow, BigZ. I mean...wow. I've done a lot of boating in my time, but nothing like that. That is impressive.

That boat must be pretty stout to handle that kind of rough water and abuse. I'd love to take a ride like that sometime!

Kelley

Big Z 06-21-2003 01:27 PM

These are some stout boats. The pics above are from the Snake & Payette Rivers, Peg Leg, and Landslide, (rapid names) in Idaho, and being run by a couple of the Northwest White Water Assc. members.
It's pretty nice to go where not to many other are able--a little more privacy,--and Bigger Fish!
Not sure about the rides yet, we won't be in that area for a couple more months, Lakes and smaller rivers are on the agenda right now. Any Northern Ca. lakes and rivers worth checking out??

H2 Daddy--How do you like that dual prop? I was on the Snake when a simular(sp) boat was there, (454/dual prop) being test run. Pretty serious--Go Fast Boat, and sounded mean too.

Wavecrave--Is that an Expidition?

H2 Daddy 06-21-2003 02:13 PM

The dual prop is a nice lower unit. The props counter rotate towards each other. This counter rotation allows each prop to cancel each other out and the end result is the boat goes straight in forward or reverse. This really helps around the docks.

wavecrave 06-23-2003 02:10 PM

Nope it's a 2001.5 Full Body paint discovery

Big Z........WOW is right !! I agree with Kelley.......I have a 24 foot cabin cruiser and would never even think about "playing" like that ! Looks like great fun....Where were you at ?

Big Z 06-24-2003 06:12 PM

WAVECRAVE, does your Nic imply surfing, or something other? Cheers to the good timin'!

CUBBY, Ya, the cruiser wouldn't make it very far. It is great fun, a little nerve rackin' at times, (like running 50-60MPH in a foot of water) but, that's what it's built to do. I have to travel for the Whitewater, but it's worth the time. In the Central Oregon Area, there are plenty of places to run the boat, go fishing, sight seeing, and just about anything else.

wavecrave 06-24-2003 08:00 PM

Yes i love to Surf I live in San Clemente California my son-in-law owns a surf Company called Lost Enterprises
