Ok..I've been on vacation and haven't been on the forum here. I still have not received any Lit from Hummer on the H3x that I signed up for. Checked the Hummer web site ..and Na-da on the H3x . Just that static pic with the pull out and the sign up do da tab that pulls out.

So.. with 31 days till my GMID runs out ...WTF..!!??? So lets hear the latest from the Hummer Gods who work for Hummer...

Is the GMID effective on the order or delivery date? If it's the order date, you're in luck, cause my dealer says you can already order a 2007.

But I haven't seen any lit or pricing on the H3x... How can I check the MSRP and option pricing like I can now on Edmonds site. If I can order from the dealer .... How come Hummer hasn't sent me lit I requested on the H3x.

I've been ready to buy cash..waiting for info on options and pricing. So what do I do..go to a dealer blind..???:eek:

Bud, they havent started production yet. c-sense says the H3x will start production the same time as the 2007 H3's. Production starts June 19. It takes 4-6 from that date to hit dealers..(or so they say). The dealers say there hasnt been any delays yet, but you never know.
That catalogue isnt available yet, so you probably cant find out the pricing yet. Call GM, they will answer all your questions. They are really friendly. I love GM

Ok...put me right here...maybe I'm F up..:eek: The new 2007 Hummer is going to be Model designation H3x . There is no more H3... Or Is there also a 2007 H3 as well as an H3x. Dooooohh!!!!:confused:

Ok....see I'm F _ _Ked up here.. And I think I need a line.. What I'm now getting is that there is a 2007 H3 and a 2007 H3x. So I use the pricing and option list from the 2006 H3 to order the 2007 H3????

And the H3x is the brand new Bling Bling Mobile......:eek:

I signed up on Hummer's site in mid March of '05 for updates on the H3. Never received a damn thing so don't hold your breath.


Sure why not, your running out of time and options. Go in and see what they have to say.


The H3x is a model that is being introduced as an '07. The "x" is an option package just like the Lux or Adventure are different option packages for the H3. The H3x is not popular around here because it is a "street" Hummer with option that make it geared more toward cruisin the strip not wheeling.

If you want the deal buy the 06 or sit till fall for the 07 with the bump. H3 x is just more options packaged together.

The H3X model will have:
--chrome squared wrap around brush guard
--body colored grill
--18" chrome wheels and custom wheels
--body colored spare tire cover with chrome accent
--headrests with H3 logo
--leather/heat
--chrome steps
--bright roof rack bars
--bright fuel filler door

We've ordered some H3x models already. We still don't know pricing on it, but my guess is that fully loaded with Nav it will run around 43k-44k.

Production doesn't start on the 2007 H3s until June 19, but estimated delivery is September 1. My Hummer dealer already has 14 on order. Customers can order too, but pricing is still unavailable so you're kind of ordering blind.

I expect a price jump on 2007's, but as soon as GM advertises the bigger engine, I'm sure prices on the 2006 will plummet. That will more than make up for the savings of your GMID.

Does the bigger engine really mean alot more? like besides supposedly the 20 more HP/Torque. What else does the bigger engine mean?????

Different air filter, and intake, 3.7L Vortec versus 3.5L Vortec embossed on the intake. I have driven one (or two actually), and yes you can notice the extra 20+ horses, but would it have been worth the wait? NO. I have no problems with the 220.

my calc says;
3.5 l = 214 c. in.
3.7 l = 226 c. in.

and 220 c. in. = 3.6 l

not to be a smarty pants or anything, but 214 to 220 is more than rounding up and i can't imagine 214 to 226 c. in. making much of a difference. i don't think the H3's were designed for 80mph highway driving!!! :cool:

the speedlimit over here is 70mph, therefore I have to drive 80mph:cool:.

Maybe I missed something or at least a post but that is BS. I cruise at 80+ all the time and it has absolutely no problem getting there and feels great while at those speeds. Now if it is a very windy day (just might find out tomorrow) it might not feel that comfortable.

Damn, I better not cruise a 80 anymore. As for the second sentence, are you implying GM can't make a car that can go 80, or just can't go 80 easily? A bit confusing.
But, let's not forget the Vette, STS, STS-V, CTS, CTS-V, and quite a few others that cruise at over 100:D
