Does anyone else here use Zaino besides me? I think it is the absolute best produce for a vehicle. I was a meguires freak, until I discovered Zaino a few years ago. I wont use anything else. I had a black 03 Yukon Denali and the Zaino made it look better than new(seriously).

Besides me who uses Zaino?

I just picked up this new Meguire's NXT Generation Tech wax and really like it. Very easy to apply & remove, leaves no white residue and has a great shine. Really deepens the paint color.

Yes.... I agree that Zaino is the best. I've tried all the resommended brands, including Zymol, but Zaino is noticably different. Only hassle is you can't run down to your local auto store to get it. Only on-line or by calling them in NJ.

Its not really a hassle to me. I ordered some Zaino last Wednesday and I got it Friday, without expidited shipping, and I live in Missouri. Again, best product I've used on a vehicle, and the customer service is great. I e-mailed the owner Sal(sal@zainobros.com) about applying Zaino to the 3M protective file. He e-mailed me back within 5 minutes with a response.

I use Zaino on the vette but I'll use NXT on the H3. It's just alot easier to use.

My Wife\'s Hummer 02-26-2006 03:20 PM

zaino is the best i've ever tried. i use it on the ss camaro. have been using it for about 5 years. i like many others have tried all of the big names, but once i tried zaino, the search was over.

f5fstop 02-26-2006 05:04 PM

I use Zaino on (just about) everything from my vehicles to my bathroom tile. Goes on easy, lasts for a long time, and best, it comes off easily. None of that whitish powder.
Only problem I have had, is for some reason Z2 attracts bees.

Trinity 02-26-2006 05:49 PM

Zaino freak as well. Been waiting for a good weather weekend to apply it. Absolutely the best, super-easy, have sold many others on it's greatness when they see it in person.

macwag 02-26-2006 06:43 PM

Have to give it a try. Sounds good.

lotus4s 02-26-2006 08:23 PM

Longtime Zaino user here and the stuff is great. I've found nothing better for dark colors to get maximum gloss and depth of color.

x2 Have been using NXT on the vette and the H3. Will start using Zaino on the vette but will probably stick to the NXT for the H3. It turns out nicely after a couple coats.

I use Klasse All-in-one and SG on all my vehicles. The best products I've used.

I'm a Zaino fan and user as well. Amazing finish. I use all of their products. I'm one satisfied customer.

Yep..Zaino is very big with the Corvette community. Also Zymol..(If I spelled that correctly).

I met Sal Zanio years ago when he first started out. He use to go to Corvette shows with a carry bag with his first products.

At a Corvette show in North Jersey I think it was Surf Corvette Club that put on the show. He approched me and asked if I would mind if he waxed my Black 86 Vette with his wax.

I watched as he applied the wax and was very impressed as I had just waxed my Vette the day before. You could see the difference in the area he waxed. By the time he was done there was a croud of about 15 people watching.

Not only is it an excellent product but Sal is a real car guy and is just a down to earth all around nice guy.

He is well respected in the Corvette world and there are quite a few threads on his products on many Corvette Forums.

I'm sold!
I'll have to order some and try it out. Thanks!

jp's-h3 02-28-2006 12:42 AM

By the way, do you have to be careful around black trim? I hate the white waxes that leave residue.

No, you dont have to be that careful around black trim, because it wipes off easily. But I wouldnt "goop" it on. With Zaino, make sure you apply very thin coats (thats the key).

Huck BB62 03-01-2006 05:57 AM

If you get wax products of any kind on that mat black stuff, peanut butter gitserdone!

Well I gave Zaino a try and boy was I impressed. The Mud season has arrived in Northern Maine and my Hummer is taking a beating. I put one application of Zaino on today and get a load of the before and after!

Huck BB62 03-26-2006 06:55 AM

Great shot of the Zaino/H3 mirror. People that haven't used it don't know. That swirl free deep shine is amazing. Our chili red Mini S loved the stuff. I haven't done the Hummer yet, it's been covered with mud for a solid month.

f5fstop 03-26-2006 11:54 PM

Tastes great too....

Gotta admit I'd never heard of Zaino. Just checked out their webpage. Impressive testimonial by Sal Zaino:

StarsnBars 03-27-2006 02:41 PM

Hey Mac,, Did you use the ZFX Flash Cure Accelerator additive in the Zaino. I just ordered some the the rep said you need this to mix into the wax . So I got that too. Wasnt sure it was just a marketing thing to sell more stuff or not. He said it is part of the Zaino wax process so I got it. Your black 3 looks awesome..

JWSchmidt3 03-28-2006 03:00 PM

You must be one of the Corvette brainwashed. Zaino is alright, but the Meg's NXT rocks. I actually proved out the whole Zaino vs Meg's several years ago, but got flamed by the Vette cultists to no end (obviously Zaino did not come out on top). Use what works for you, all the good stuff does about the same job, based on your style and technique.

2xtreme 03-28-2006 11:38 PM

Zaino user here

StarsnBars 03-29-2006 05:07 AM
