Isn't it supposed to be easy to remove, hair should remain intact.

H2Finally 09-02-2006 11:29 PM

Re: Hurricane Tape > All

No, "easy" to remove is not quite it's function. "No residue" (when removed from glass surfaces) is more accurate.

Hence, if the window breaks, the aggressive acrylic adhesive will hold the pieces up, while the ultra strong backing limits house envelope penetration, hence limiting damages caused by wind and water (-- i.e. "shatter-protection").

On the other hand if you're among the majority who takes precautions but are actually spared from any (serious) hurricane damages, the "no residue" benefit will be a god-sent when clean-up begins ;).

While pic or video is NOT desired, a wav file of him screaming like a delicate liddle flower would bring the funnay.:dancingbanana::giggling:

in my experience (with the no. 8 :giggling: ) it's easy to remove from vehicles, windows, dining chairs, bedposts, roofing material, mailbox posts, concrete mix and the like but has super adhesion properties where hair is concerned.

Well then, that seems like it would make a terrible humane restraint system! But I'll still take 5 cases. :D
