I like the low light one with the headlamps glowing. Did you find any dinner?

That's so cool, I would love to have a cabin just to go out and pet deer.

I prefer 444 marlin in a 14" Encore pistol, really lays their hair back :jump:

Sweet buck! Too bad about that brow tine, but if you found it it can be repaired by a good taxidermist. 'course, that's like finding a needle in a haystack.

Nice Pictures.:) I think deer hunting would be moor sporting if the deer could shoot back.:jump: Good luck on the hunt.

It actually is pretty sporty if you take one with a bow from a tree. Hopefully you have tried it.

I have done a lot of hunting in my time, I worked as a hunting guide and outfitter when I lived in Craig Colorado.

I just stick with the legend that in Alaska; Deer are the smallest prey shot with the worlds largest caliber weapons.

Click here to become a believer of the old school flame thrower: http://www.marlinfirearms.com/firear...re/1895GS.aspx

The only problem is that you need to charter one of these "Hummer's" to get there. :beerchug:

Nice buck tomp! :beerchug:

Good luck on yours Chris, and nice pic. :beerchug:

My bow season has been nil so far this year due to a separated shoulder in an atv "incident" Labor Day weekend. Going to Kansas in 2 weeks so hopefully I can draw a bow by then......:(

It is true, and BTW I'm one of the few who was born and raised in AZ :shhh:
Grew up on the west side of the valley, and years later out in my own landed in the Tempe/Mesa/Chandler area.
I still go back and visit family a couple of times a year, but can never wait to get back here.
