FED UP!!!!Should I sue her or not?
 

Well today a good citizen decided to tell off a lady and her 2 kids that were leaving me messages on my windows by writing on the dirt.

He told her shewas a great example to her kids...she said no it doesnt affect my kids (funny her kids were writing on my doors). Then he told her she should watch out cause theres cameras recording...her reply "doesnt matter its a hummer i dont care".

The message she left on my car.... "GO HYBRID"

Well I have decided to confront this woman tomorrow since im sure its always her...she picks up her kids from school which is 2 minute walking distance from were i live.

I already have done a report for vandalism on my car at the police station...now i would like to know if it would be a good idea to bring her to court so she can learn a lesson....

I was looking at asking her to pay for 2 car washes a day that it costs me per week 20$ for the past 4 months...640$ of car wash and I would probably add also for having to install a security system worth 2000$

DAMN IDIOTS!!!...Im fed up...and i will not sell the HUMMER....I love it...if u cant afford it doesnt mean that other people shouldnt drive it.....

If i wanted to drive a Hybrid i would of bought one....

The vehicle registration office gives permits for HUMME H2's to be on the road and its legal to buy one....so if they have something to complain go do it to the city council not on my car.

Thefunny part is I dont even drive it as much since my work and house are 5 minutes away so i walk....

Oh I get the spit in the summer since they have no dirt to write on it.....I will not break the law for some stupid bitch...ill let the judge or cops decide ...andif that doesnt solve nothing ...the right people will take care of her or him......cocktail molotov's sound great.....i would love to see their car up in flames....:violin:

Cause i hadnt caught one of them yet...I work 7days a week 12-15hours a day....I own one of the best greek resto's in Montreal (all props to my dad who ran it for 25+years he taught me everything)

But since now i know who it is and when she comes by....she will have the surprise of her life...just need to find out where she lives now.

I dunno if that would be worth the legal fees. But it might be worth it to you. Call the police and see if they can get involved, you have a witness and I'm sure there is a fine.

Small court claims....hehehehhe!!! no lawyer fees ...me + witness against her and her 2 kids....its not my fault if her husband left her and she is taking out rage on mycar...lolllll...just hope thats not the reason:jump:

Another thing is get a picture of her when she is walking by, find out where she lives, photochop her face on a nude and make a thousand copies.

It should read, "For a good time...." or "Sex ed for your kids...." and make sure to include the address.

Then staple, glue or tape all over the school grounds late at night.

But 1st, since you know when she comes by, hide out in the Truck under a blanket or something and when she walks up to mess with it, scare the **** out of her!

Turthfully as for telling her to stop and so on i dont blame you, however i hate to say it but i dont think youd win the case, A) because you dont have proof of it (unless there really was cameras) then youve got something going. Also if its really that bad, why not just take a bucket of water in the morning and throw the water onto the windows to get the dirt of so she cant do it.

File a restraining order against her and her kids.:giggling: Then if she returns, file charges against her for stalking and personal endangerment. Tell the cops you fear for your life. If she's employed, she can learn a lesson as well. Contact her employer about the vandalism and ask if they approve of their employees acting in that manner? Just a few thoughts......Have fun with it though. Ignorance is everywhere......

I have to agree that she is a BAD example to her kids.
You have to catch her drawing on the truck and get that pic.

After that, you need her license plate number. Get a pic of her getting into that car as well if you can.

Than the cops can write her tree hugging ass up.

The one thing I'd be carefull about is how you handle this. She may turn and say you scared her kids or other lies.

She may also get soeone else to mess with your truck too.

A camera system seems crazy to have to do, but it may be something to look into.

I feel your frustration on this whole deal. I have had my HUMMERS spit on, soda dumped on it, eggs thrown at it.

Two of the little b a s t a r d s got caught for drinking just down the street from me, but didn't get caught for the eggs.

So in your position, I would make the extra efforts to catch her with pics and go from there.

:dancingbanana: Buy a sprinkler called the scarecrow it hooks onto your garden hose so you can put it any where !When movement goes on in front of it. It sprays the pattern you have set. About 20 feet area at a high pressure!! It has a motion detector in it .Runs on a nine volt battery that last for a couple months . I use it to keep the criders off my hummer!!!:excited: Got it on E-Bay , now they sell it all over!!

I don't know where your dirt came from but where mine comes from, if you get your truck dirty, then write on the paint with your finger, it scratches it. I would take it and get it purposefully dirty and then park it in the same spot armed with a video camera, video that biotch doing it again (she's bound to want to even more if its REALLY dirty) and SUE HER AS$!!! If nothing else it will teach her a lesson. Man I would be sooooo pissed!!!

why dont you take your kids(if you have any) and then take a huge PISS on her prius.

and then if you have a dog, you can collect it's Sh** for a week. and using some latex gloves, arrange the sh** on her hood in a decorative fashion (be creative... if it's around thanksgiving, draw a turkey...christmas...a christmas tree).

and to finish it off, light the piss on fire right as she's approaching the vehicle, so her prius is cooking in a big mess of piss and sh** and the last thing she'll see is the decorative crap melted onto her hood.

I alreayd did a report for somebody scratching my whole truck who says it wasnt her...damn i still didnt post the pics for u guys to see ..i will see what i can do this week if i can clean the H2 if its not too cold
