People that dont pay their bills piss me off!!!!!
 

Man, guys....why is it that people dont pay their bills. I swear I spend 1/2 of every day just calling customers of mine that owe money. Now today I have a tennant that I have to evict cause she isnt paying her rent.

What is it with people?! Why do I have to pay my bills and other people dont??? Just pisses me off.

My H2 is out being detailed (i know, i know) so i cant even go drive over a prius or somthing to calm me down.

Because the days of busting the knee caps of the people who owe you money have since dwindled away and are now reserved only for special types of business dealings? I really do miss the days when, if you got 3 months behind on your phone bill, the phone company would come out and put your head in a bench vise. Deadbeats these days feel too comfortable not paying their debts, I think it's time for a change.

Don't feel so bad...I had to chase a client last year for $265,000.00, finally had to hand it over to my legal council and then I finally got paid. I'm not a bank and some people think I must be, I carried that debt for 8 months before I collected on it and it cost me $6,700.00 in legal fees! No wonder the mafia got started.

It's because they watch the news and think we owe them a living. See, you put responsibily ahead of conformity. Every one does it, except us............a dying breed we are. Wonder how we ever got a Hummer. My brother says of those whom expect a free ride, "You can't make chicken salad out of chicken s_ _ t".

John, I would have to say that is why you (and most of us) enjoy driving our freshly detailed Hummers home on Fridays while the scum types are packing thier crap and moving.

I think I'll take the wife out to some place special tonight. We've both worked hard this week and deserve it.

deadbeats do suck....

but i have to be thankful for them....my company works for national lenders in selling their foreclosed homes....suffice it to say, western PA is a hot area for foreclosures right now....its not good commentary on our area, but it keeps the fuel in the H2....

That was pretty callused wasnt it....lol

Not in my line of business, you don't pay. You will have company. Or better yet we be all nice and go for a nice lil boat ride. I just can't seem to understand why ppl never put good air in their dive tanks or worse yet have a bad line that leaks.

My two cents is the over use and offerings of credit. Our society has become married to the thought of net 30 days... and just pay a fee if you are beyond..

Buy it today and pay for it tomorrow or whenever you feel like it..

There is no such thing as a debtors jail...
