I just got back from my long 1 1/2 month vaction and I'm suprised no I'm pissed to see that gas has jumped from 2.66 to almost 3.55 a gallon for 87 octane so someone please tell me wtf happed thanks.I'm not complaining its just getting a little ridiculous. I'm 20 years old I just finished paying off my h2 this past month and now I can even drive it beacuase of the ridiculous gas prices.

You can afford to pay off a loan on an H2 but can't afford gas??? STFU.

I drive a lot I maybe go thru 3 to 4 tanks a week at 2.50 a gallon that's 85 bucks a tank that's 340.00 a week and 1360 a month now at 3.55 its a 113 a tank and 454.00 a week and 1816.00 a month that's a diffrence of 546.00 a month that's about a 3 months worth of gas for my streetbike.

i got my hummer from a dealer auction here in LA i paid 18,900 thats why i can afford one :raar: .

so than quit yur ballin over the price of gas. Hello! Buying a HUMMER for cheap or not, paying for the price of gas at $$3.00 or $4.00, your the one driving so many miles, so why buy the H2 in the first place? Obviously price is going up and down and you drive sooooo many miles. :lame: :notallthere:

For that price on the H2, stick it in the garage and go buy a 4cyl POS to drive back and forth if gas is the concern and you have th drive an H2.

You want to really complain? Try having a boat that gets 0.5 MPG and costs $4.50 a gallon to fill it up.

Like they say, if you can;t afford it, get rid of it!

Stop whining. You bought your toy, now live with it. My latest toy, a camper, cost $244.34 to fill up after spending almost $425 yesterday. Or I can leave it in the driveway and look at it. That's your call.

And btw, if you can afford to go on a vaction for 6 weeks and be out of touch with the world, you can afford to put gas in your car.

well while in mexico i got use to paying 1.80 to 2.00 for gas and i get back to the us and i feel like im getting rapped at the pump. im just venting my frustration :mad:.

Out of curiosity, How did you "just pay off your truck" when you say you got it at a dealer auction. I have purchased a few vehicles from auctions and you must have a check to pay it in full on the spot. Also, you need to have credentials. Just curious............

well my uncle has a dealer lic he's the one who took me to the auction and paid for the truck in full then I just paid him back. took me a couple months but its all mine.

What about the posts/quotes listed above where you say you hardly drive the Hummer but all of a sudden now you are going through 3-4 tanks a week??? That is 1000+ miles per week (depending on what type of mileage you are getting). What the hell are you doing that you drive 1000miles/week??

Sounds like you are shoveling alot of $hit over our way
