Sorry to have to call him out, but bought a part from a post he had as well as a couple others. He accepted the money fine, but after a month now, no communication, no refund and no parts? He still logs on, but ignores the fact.:twak:

Did you pay through PayPal or Credit Card Or what?

first thing I would do is stop payment and have them refute the items. PayPal will do it as long as the shipper does not provide shipment conformation. Which if you did not get item then he cant.

I have also bought some parts from him (and paid) have still not heard anything.

Have even sent him a pm, but no responce.

I'm all the way in Denmark though so shipping to me normally takes some time, but still it should have been here by now.

Just as an FYI, PayPal dispute will not automatically refund your money. Once recepient empty his bank account, PayPal can only "attempt" to re-claim your payment. Best bet is to call the credit card company you fund your PayPal payment with, and file a chargeback / un-authorized transaction.

No tracking or anything. The only thing is he said he got tied up and was going to ship it that day...March 14. I have tried to contact him with no resolve. I did file a dispute claim and he has until the 17th of the month, otherwise they collect. I hate when good honest hard working people get the shaft like this. I'm wondering why he has not been banned. I have seen others banned for alot simpler things. Guess they are allowing him the time to come on and prove his case.

Surely BND is not so ignorant that he doesn't understand that what he has entered into with each of you is a binding contract consisting of an offer and acceptance which is now covered by contract law! If he doesn't deliver, he only thought he had trouble before.

I'm sure that it wouldn't be hard to find an attorney in the Vegas area to take this case. It wouldn't cost any of you a dime if in the filing it is stated that the BND is to pay all attorney, court and other filing fees associated with this case if he is found liable!

Glad I decided not to purchase any of the items he was selling..... it really sucks when someone pulls this crap. I have had good dealings over a number of forums over the past 9-10 years thank god but I read these stories and I wonder just how long it is till I get burned.

BoyNextDoor...... unless you have a legit explanation your a real piece of $hit for pulling this crap and I hope you get whatever is coming your way. I wish all of you luck in getting to the bottom of this

I've been following this thread since August. Based on results, it doesn't take a rocket sceintist to figure out why his wife left him!

Surely someone on here can get his IP address and track him down. I have a friend in Vegas that would be willing to pay him a "Visit" if we can get his name.

I'm out $175 for K&N air filter and chrome hood latches...

I realize its generally a pain in the ass to ship ****... and even bigger pain in the ass when you know you have a bunch of pissed off people waiting for your **** when you already said you shipped the items..

Pretty sure in one of the emails i got, he said he was going over seas to work out some issues w/ his bitch, but that was almost 2 months back...

Give us a reply, Ship everything out, give us tracking numbers and well all forget about this in 2 weeks.

When he sent me the nav, it came from "pizza hut" via ups. I figure he has a friend at a pizza hut and they are using a company shipping account to save money.....

I tell you what, after getting the response from paypal, If I would manage to step down to his level, I would just beat the amount of money out of him and call it even. I hate people like this. He should be BANNED! F@&k any excuse he could possibly muster at this point! Its no wonder why his wife left him. He closed out his paypal account so no one could collect a refund. Here is the response paypal sent me:


"We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $0.00 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time."
