I debadged today, switched to black hood hold downs and installed my new Pro-Compe black powder coated wheels. I ordered a black grill, should be here any day.

I'll take more pics when the black grill arrives. I like the truxxx lift, its affordable and the ride is firmer but not harsh. I've driven and owned lowered BMWs so I perfer a firm suspension, cause I'm used to it.

Duplicolor Truck Bed Liner will look good on those shiney mirrors. Lightly sand the chromed plastic, mask off and paint using several very light coats. It'll have a wavy texture to it, not rough.

Looks too clean. You ever go offroad with it? What plans do you have for the rest of the chrome? Only chrome I have on mine is the grill and the mirror covers. I plan on painting the mirror covers, and buying a black grill. Your ride is going to look very nice all black!

I actually bought a black grill, the first one had another chrome grill in the black box, the second was damaged..waiting for the third. I wanna find some black center caps, and get some black hood handles and black fuel filler, or switch to just a regular fuel cap.

You need:

1. Black Door Handles
2. Black out the mirrors
3. Black out the Center caps
4. Add dirt :)

I actually like the "utility" look of just the regular cap and regular fuel filler. Thats a good idea though.

You can have your stuff re-chromed. They have a color called black-chrome. It looks grey.
