Any of those three wheels would just ruin a hummer. Black looks very lame as a wheel color.

Speak for yourself there bud, everybody has their own opinion but you dont have to call it lame, black wheels are very popular in all kinds of vehicles and they look awesome on Hummer H1, H2 and H3s, if you dont like it, stay with your stock wheels.... but the cool thing about Hummers is that you can make them your own, your personality with show based on your ride's personality... and based on THAT ...you may call a person lame.:lame:

First I'm not your "bud" second he asked for opinions and I gave mine. Blacked out hummers look lame to me, if they don't to you thats your thing your money I don't care. He asked for opinions, I gave mine, if you don't like it go cry me a river. My hummer does not have stock wheels on it by the way, it also does not look like every other hummer on these forums with rockstar wheels or a blacked/blinged style. It's only MY opinion, I repsect people who like the black look thats their thing. If you can't handle someone who likes different things than you I suggest you grow up sir.

It's all about preferance. I have a set of diesel XD's in chrome and a set of Rockstars in black both in 22's. The black set just happens to stand out more with my paint than the chrome ones. I just sent the diesels in to get em powder coated in matte black. Mine is not "murdered out" either I have some black pieces and some chrome pieces and it complimented the chrome and black wheels perfectly.

Make sur eyou can get the black center caps. My buddy waited three months and still couldn;t get the center caps. That was last year when they were first released. With teh chrome centers, they look like they belong on a cop car.

oh, I like the second ones. On a white H2, I think the 1st ones would look good.

Well you're right on one thing.... you're definitely not my bud... On another note you're contradicting yourself, he did ask for you're opinion but you "very lame" comment is what stood out to me. You say that you respect people who like the black look..... Then why do you have to call it lame??? Do you respect your friends and family? I wonder what you call them...:violin:
And another thing... you telling me to grow up sir?? When you're the one who is saying "if you dont like it go cry me a river...." ... Okay Justin! what are we, 12?

You do have an opinion and no one can take that away from you, you have every right to speak your mind, we all like different things, in example as a person I'm pretty positive I wouldn't like you... But its different when you say "I personally dont like the black wheels on Hummers" than saying "I think Black wheels are very lame and will ruin a Hummer" That's an insult to every person in this forum who have their "own" opinion and have black wheels on their Hummers.
Anyways....I'm done. Sorry TexH2, didn't mean to ruin your thread here, go with the wheel that YOU think its best for you.:beerchug:

I got owned over the internet by a grown man? is that something to be proud of lol. Anyways Tex my opinion don't grab black wheels that looks so boring, but the second set might look nice in chrome I kinda like the style of them.

BTW, The 2nd and 3rd ones are pretty cool. The 1st one needs to go on a slammed hummer with hydraulics.

Thanks everyone....ok...here are a few more....

Now my hummer has a black and chrome look, but not a lot of chrome....so I'm not sure to do all black or black and chrome...I really like the last one..

The skull rims are great. I like them alot but not sure how they would look on a Hummer. I am thinking about putting the skull rims on my Dodge Ram. However, I do not think they would look quite right on a Hummer unless you had that whole skull theme going with some nice air brushings for a paint job.

I personally like the Pro-Comp Knight Chrome rims. The only problem is they do not have a lot of design in the Knight Chrome yet but some of the ones they do have are pretty nice. Again though, it all comes down to personal preference.

A guy who lives near me has those xd's on an le blue sut and they look really good. better than i would have expected. the only thing i would suggest is if you went with them get the black center cap because the chrome one looks out of place like timgco said

I like the 2nd/3rd as well. I bought the 3rd.. the XDs :D

I think the 2nd ones have a little less 4 wheel look to them.... but that's minor

I have the slate blue truck and black with chrome highlights look very good. I've got some saved pictures from my vehicle search...

What did you end up with?

I really like those all black wheels, the design as much as the color. Good choice IMO

Now we all know that the All Blacks are a bad ass rugby team...even if they cant seem to win the Rugby World Cup...lets see in 2011...

Anyway, I searched for months for the right wheels to suit my pewter H2. I was torn between chrome and black, or a combo.

Now, if someone calls my H2 lame, so be it. Then lets take a ride.....408 CI with all forged racing components. They only thing stock is the block and the oilpan. It will be all put togeather in a few weeks (waiting on an LSXRT 102mm Intake and fuel rails) and I will post pics of the finished product.

I picked out the Jesse James Black Widows over the Widows. They both looked great to me, but I had to make the tough decision.

I think they have the combo of black and chrome that will stand out on a pewter and black hummer.:beerchug:[ATTACH]Attachment 51868[/ATTACH]
