I'm with the new guy...lol.

The little bit of chrome on the truck and wheels goes great together.

It looks great....

Re: NEW SHOES

Looks sick man.. Love it. I personally like the set up. I don't have a lift on mine and would like to try the 22's on the 35inch toyos.. I assume it would look similar as far as the profile is concerned. Unfortunately I can't life the overall height more than 2 inches or I won't fit into the garage :(

Already ditched the roof rack... Have about two inches until the lights hit.

Re: NEW SHOES

Hey man, How much is your SUT lifted again? Any rub with this set up? Do you think I could fit this setup on a stock ride? I really don't have any good lift options due to the air ride in the rear. My only bet is the green keys up front.

Bimmer9938 05-24-2010 03:51 AM

Re: NEW SHOES

I have the Truxxx 2.5/3 F and 1.5 R (with spare tire delete-giving more boost in rear) and yes it rubs like a 14 yro boy with a Victoria Secret's catalog... I just learned to drive taking only wide turns...:beerchug:

Bimmer9938 05-24-2010 04:03 AM

Re: NEW SHOES

FYI, it only rubs the splash shields in the fender wells... a lil trimming and you maybe get away with it.

I don't think this H2 is lifted...no idea what trimming has or has not been done.

Re: NEW SHOES

Just out of curiousity Jon, why did you mark the video "marked as spam"? It's clearly marked that it's a video of an H2 for sale... people put them on Youtube and then embed them in an ebay ad.

And that is definitely a repaint.... that truck didn't shine that nice sitting on the showroom floor.

Re: NEW SHOES

I'm not sure what you mean...I just cut and pasted the URL's, one video comes up if you put 24" KMC Rockstars in your google search and the other is a "related" video.

Both can be seen here with some nice pic's in the dealer's ad.

http://www.premierautosource.com/303.php

I'm guessing leveling keys or just a torsion crank up front and nothing in the rear...

Yea Mark, I was thinking it was wet sanded and buffed at least.

ehaser 05-25-2010 04:24 AM

Re: NEW SHOES

Are you both familiar with that truck? was there a lift on it? How can you tell it was repainted? Just curious. I'm probably going to stick with the 22 inch wheels on the 35x12.5 toyos anyway.. We'll see how they look. I just don't think I can risk the height issue.

And I take it back after seeing the pics. That is factory paint and has NOT been painted and definitely not wetsanded and buffed.

The truck is shiny but has ALL the factory orange peel. In the video, with the sun reflecting off it, it looked smoother than glass but now that you've posted the pics, it's clear that it's the factory paint.

Hi I'm a new member and sorry my english is not very well  anyway I really loved your car and I want to ask a question I'm planning to buy 22"x9,5 wheel with 37".13.50.22 Nitto tire. my question is there any side effect when I install them on my hummer H2? I mean shall make any modifications before install the wheels and tires?

Re: NEW SHOES

Bimmer,

I'm wondering if I could make your setup fit with a torsion lift? WHere exactly do the front tires rub and is it the outside or inside of the tire that does the rubbing? I may have a few solutions that would work for me but I need your advice to figure it out. Thanks!

DO THE 24 S FIT ON STOCK HEIGHT HUMMERS H2 AND WHAT SIZE ARE THE TIRES

vetteSUT 07-23-2010 08:55 AM

Re: NEW SHOES

A 24 would fit. Think about it.

Just is there a tire combo out there that will fit what your looking for. If I wasn't lazy I would look for you. But I'm lazy. :D
