The dealer delivered my H3 to me here at work just a few minutes ago! I am so psyched!

White Adventure with the cashmere cloth interior, sunroof, 6 Disc Monsoon + XM, rocker panel protection, U-Steps, under body protection, mudder mats front back and cargo area, and tow hitch.

Pictures will be taken and posted soon!

Nice choice of options

Ipedog 12-13-2005 06:17 PM

Thanks Everyone!

So far (All 3 hours of ownership LOL) have been great. My co-workers all like it, even the resident SUV-Hating sports car guy.

I just got to drive a friend to get his Jeep at the dealership. Sales people were pressed against the glass like 3 year olds. And some kids in a Rubicon nearly drove into a ditch oogling at me.

I think that the corgo area may be a bit high for her to jump into so we'll be getting one of these to help her in and out.

Pics will be posted in a moment.

I am surprised that you have plates on your Hummer already. Here in Ca takes few weeks...

Ipedog 12-13-2005 06:56 PM

Massachusetts dealers won't let you leave the lot without them. They've got a scam where they have runner services go to the registry for you. It costs but saves time. Its worth the cost vs. the RMV PIA factor.

Guppy 12-13-2005 07:19 PM

Some States transfer plates from a vehicle that you are trading in and if you buy a new vehicle without a trade then they even have generic plates already at the dealership.

In Texas, the plates go with the car unless you order personalized ones then you can take them from car to car.

Ipedog-Nice white H3, but I prefer mine in white with some OEM bling. Since taking this picture I've added the RW chrome locking gas cap cover.

Enjoy your new toy!

Steve

Ipedog 12-14-2005 05:36 PM

Steve - Your H3 looks good. Does the Real Wheels gas cap work well for you? I've been considering this one from Predator Motorsports - In Black

Ipedog - Yes the RW locking cap works well. I installed it in August and so far so good. Fit, finish and function are very good. Based on what I've read on this forum it's easier to install than the OEM locking cap.

I like the look of the Predator cap that you referenced.

Are you planning some other mods too?

Steve

Probably the SMA brush guard will be next on the mod list. After that would be a winch bumber. Right now I'm just happy I've finally got my H3!
