That guy is an idiot and is not respected in the least among the bodybuilding community. His name is Greg Valentino. They did a documentary on the guy on discovery or tlc and said he achieved this phsique through steriods but did not mention one thing about his synthol use.

If you look at his arms you notice they are big but you cannot really see muscle strands and fiber. Thats because its not muscle, but rather his tissue has been bloated over years by a substance called synthol. Its essentially an oil that just adds volume but does not increase strength or muscle mass. He site injected synthol over years and now looks like an idiot.

Ok. I still wouldn't want him to hit me.

Yeah I have seen that documentary a few times....It was on again last night. Can't remember its either on TLC or Discovery....pretty nasty stuff. Hes got the short mans syndrome no doubt, I think he said he was 5'5" and even admitted to the naploeon complex!

Ive been around alot of those juiced up women at the Mr. Olympia contest(during the expo) and they are HUGE and nasty.
