Check your bolts!!!
So we noticed Neo's truck was being extra squeaky today. :D When we got back to the house we were able to isolate the noise. The bolt where the back of the tranny attaches to the crossmember was loose.
So I get under mine to look at it and check the bolts on the skids, UCP, etc. I noticed one of the bolts for the front driveline where it attaches to the t-case was backed almost all the way out. I checked the other three and they were all loose. So we both tightened everything up. I checked Bebe's truck and nothing was loose, and we'll check the others in the morning. Just a heads-up for those of you that are out banging these things around. |

Re: Check your bolts!!!
The washboard in Death Valley rattled 2 skid plate bolts loose. I'm glad I heard them rattling around.
With these new rigs I recommend getting out the torque wrench and going over the vital area. I found others that were loose. While you're checking your bolts, you might want to check the nutz too. Hahaha |

Re: Check your bolts!!!
I had a two bolts missing and had to replace them. One guy had his skid plat fall off on the hi-way. This was last year I believe.
