HVAC & Rear wipers won't work!

Anyone have any idea's? I check the relay on the HVAC and it's fine. I also replaced the rear wiper fuse with a new one, but the old one was ok as well. The lights on the HVAC controls are lit up. Air will blow through the vents but it's just the standard air like when you get speed going. I've checked and neither the heat or air put out anything. I wonder if it has something to do with the blower? But that doesn't explain the rear wipers???? PLEASE help! It's Nebraska, I need Air and Heat in the same day! :)

Can't really help you, but it's probably a module.

Welcome to the forum.

Oh, one more thing... do you think the module needs to be fixed professionally or is something I can give a whirl?

:clapping: :jump: How can you not smoke and dont use Hard drugs

About the rear wiper there was a few threads about this check search.
I know on the early 06 builds they were replaced under recall as was mine and it worked fine.

On the blower, was the dash bezel removed ?
Pull it (use 2 finders in accy sockets and pull, yank, tug and work your way around) and check conections for being loose. if not pop them off and check to see if a pin is bent.
I had a bent one for the rear window ,I didnt notice it till the dog got the window down with the child lock on .

Anywho... Thanks so much fourfourto! You know, actually I had to have some wiring fixed for the DVD players, they kept shorting out. I wonder if that may have done something to it? I spoke with the dealership and they said no, of course :) What do you think?

Beth check the connections ,they didnt take there time to put the plugs back on.
warranty issue anyway you could just bring it back to the dealer.

Beth,

I'm sorry if i offended you...if you would read and see most (not all) of the posts you can see that this forum has turned more into a comicial social instead of a technical forum.

In the future I will no longer comment on what you post.

Again, I am sorry.....

I'm assuming that its warranty is up....

I think you can still take it down to the dealer and have them troubleshoot it for free.

Tell them you want to know what the problem is and a dollar estimate for fixing it.

After that tell them the price is too high and you'll have to get it fixed some other time.

I think it'll work to isolate the problem.

I almost forgot, watch out for this old codger forum dude known as RYD....
