Buying Parts - whatcha Think???

Hey all,
I am curious if anyone has experiences with any of the following products.... or could possibly recommend something else.
I am not looking so much as for performance as for quality, BUT if you happen to know of a HiPo that would be better and for the same cash..... well.....

front hub/bearing assembly - Timkin
platinum spark plugs - Bosch O.E. Type
ignition wires - Taylor 8mm, B&B 8mm, Bosch 09017 Premium
rear springs (replacing the bags and compressor) - OEM Springs, Touring Tech, Arnott Set
lifting setup - McBay Performance, Supreme Suspensions (keys in front and spacers in back - additional question: with a 3 inch lift will I require longer shocks? I heard no from other forum members, but I want to make sure since the ad says yes)
belt tensioner - ??? OEM, Dayco, AC Delco, Dorman..... ???
air filter - OEM, Fram, Wix

Whatcha think?
Thanks in advance

Definite yes on Timkin & Bosch
You can run stock shocks but you will be extended to a range where performance will not be very good and I don't think you will be happy so if it were my truck I would go with a longer shock.

Belt tensioner go with OEM and air filter I have always used Fram
