I have to give a thumbs up to the Penske Hummer Service Dept. people in Torrance, CA. I need to acknowledge Martha G./Service Writer and Gary Arnold/Service Manager who both go out of their way to make sure their customers are well taken car of. Martha has a knack of remembering the history of your Hummer .. what was done and when, without refreshing her memory on the computer. Gary Arnold seemingly knows the H2 in and out and always willing to go on a road test and pinpoint the problem one minute out. I leave Penske feeling that these two people gave me 100% personalized service and that my issues at the time were well taken care of. Special Mention to Robert Davis, too, who shows an interest and concern of any Hummer question you have, be it parts to off-roading. Normally I wouldn't take the time to mention a dealer, but these people at Penske have given me excellent service and I felt that I should tell others. If you need assistance when in S. CA, don't hesitate to visit these people.
