Ok, I've figured out that the vertical adjustments(up & down) are made with a 5/32nd allen wrench.

How does one adjust the horizontal(left & right) settings. My lights almost overlap at about 50 feet.

Several people have had to adjust their headlights down. It took 4 full turns on the allen wrench on each light to get it right on mine.

Sorry to hijack the thread. I can't see how to adjust left/right other than putting washers in as spacers on the mounting bolts and then adjusting the height again.

I'd heard about the washers on another thread and don't want to have to resort to that kind of a fix. Like I said, I've lowered my beams so that my high beams don't illuminate the treetops, but I really need to adjust the left/right settings.

ACR H2,
I had big trucks flipping me the bird when I first
brought my h2 home. My high beams were about 15' in the trees. I was told from the dealer that some are coming through not correctly adjusted by the factory. My dealer sent someone out to my house to correctly adjust them.

Just joined, so I am sorry for the late post. You have to remove the complete headlight assembly to get to the screw that makes the horizontal adjustments. You remove 4 nuts and pop off the front grill and remove the 3 nuts holding the headlight assembly on. Just pull the assembly out the front and you will see another torx screw that has much less play but will allow you the proper adjustments.

thanks for the horizontal adj info, great job- nobody else could ans it...but for me, that is just too much trouble to correct a barely noticeable problem...I did correct the vertical like everybody else...if i have a lot of time, prob in the spring or summer, i'll adjust the horizontal with your info...thanks again...
