Re: fuel tank selector

There is a cross reference match to a Ford 6c3z-9189a fuel valve which you can probably pick up for less than a couple hundred. Not difficult to install.

Are you sure it isn't the fuel switch?

Enter your truck year and model in your signature so people know what truck you are asking ?'s about.

Re: fuel tank selector

I took your advice to check out the switch in the cab. I took it out, and was going to get it checked out. I didn't want to lose or misplace it, so I replaced it. It seems to be working. It gave me two different readings and seems to be using the main tank like I wanted. Tank is full. Thats about $150 worth of fuel I don't have to buy. Thank you so much for your smarts. On we go, sincerely, Bret
