Part Number for the over the cab light bulb
 

Hey all,
Well I go down to the local parts chain and ask the kid behind the counter what kind of light my over the cab OEM ambers take.
You know the stock OEM marker light over the cab of the rig and also in the back that are required by the DOT.

Anyways, Skippy tells me that these OEM ambers are aftermarket. I explain they arent and again he cant find them, same with two other parts stores....

So now I am wondering if you guys happen to know the PN for the light that comes stock over the cab.
(the bulb not the fixture)

According to the owners manual on page 446:

The roof marker center lamps are #168
The roof marker corner lamps are #194

FYR is correct. Also those 2 bulbs are the same with the exception of the 168 in some cases being slightly higher wattage.

Basically they are called "wedge" type bulbs and any 168/194 bulb will fit just fine.

Weird... I got the owners manual when I bought it and never understood why it was made to be such a big deal..... seems unlike most owners manuals, Hummer put alot of info into theirs.
